Leithe Gie is an artist living in Jersey specialising in charcoal drawings.
Drawing inspiration from nature and the world around us, Leithe strives to portray the world with depth and realism. Originally from South Africa, she moved with her family to Jersey in 2019. As a nature lover, many of Leithe’s drawings feature the beauty of animals, landscapes and people using the strong contrast of black and white using charcoal as her medium of choice. With a background in Interior design, she likes to create beautiful images that complement a home or commercial space.
