Shipping policy

Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All online customers placing orders are responsible to pay Tax and Customs charges within their region. If you wish for us to pay the tax prior to sending, please get in touch so we can charge you appropriately. Most orders from regions outside of Jersey will be automatically charged tax for their region through our website platform Shopify Inc. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page but we can not guarantee delivery times due tot he unpredictable nature of International shipping impacts.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound with a surcharge for packing and materials included. 

Shipping Returns:

The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods. Initial Shipping costs are also non-refundable. Insurance or parcel tracking should be used in sending items back. Any refund can only be issued upon safe receipt of the item/s with Wild Atlantique Ltd. Some items cannot be returned nor refunded. (Please see our 'Returns, Refunds & Special Order' Policy for more details).
