Shipping and Handling

Our packages are sent Monday through Friday via the U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express or UPS. Orders typically ship the same day if received by 3 pm Eastern Standard Time. Standard delivery normally takes 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping. (For International Shipping options, see details below.)

Standard Delivery Rates (contiguous states, and AK & HI will be assessed at checkout with pricing and delivery options to be chosen by customer.)

Additional Charges for Upgraded Shipping Apply. (See Express Shipping Below.)

Express Shipping* 

USPS Expedited Shipping is available for most products in our online store. It is only available for orders in the contiguous US. USPS Expedited Shipping charges are calculated after checkout based on real-time US Postal Service rates. Orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped same-business day. All orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped next-business day.  We ship Monday-Friday from our Florida based location; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

US (Contiguous 48 States)

We ship US orders via USPS depending on the size and weight of the order, as well as which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship available items as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday from our logistics location in Delray Beach, Florida; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. All orders are currently shipped within a 5-7 Business day order processing time.

US (Alaska & Hawaii)

There will be an additional charge for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Most items shipped to AK and HI require additional processing time. Some oversized or heavy items cannot ship outside the contiguous US. Please contact customer service at if you live in either of these states and have any further questions about shipping. 

International Shipping (Including Canada)

For shipments outside the continental USA, Customers are solely responsible for all international shipping, handling, duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges. You will be able to choose between Standard and Enhanced Shipping through US Postal Service or DHL Express at the 'Check Out' phase where you will have several options. All returns, damaged goods included, are at the Customer's expense and will not be reimbursed nor will C.O.D. by accepted. Please contact us by email if you have any questions. You can check out using the US Currency option (necessary if you don't see your own currency listed) or choose your own currency if listed.

Product Availability

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact Customer Service at for additional information.

Pricing Policy

All prices in our online store are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to State, Local and International laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges or when a sale applies to an entire order. Shipping charges are based on the final estimated total of the products purchased including taxes.
