We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All online customers placing orders are responsible to pay Tax and Customs charges within their region upon arrival to the country of destination. Some orders from regions outside of Jersey will be automatically charged tax for their region through our website platform Shopify Inc. This will be reflected immediately in the invoice and if it is not then the customer is responsible for all customs and country, regional and local tax.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping arrival are only estimates, we can not guarantee delivery times due to the unpredictable nature of International shipping impacts.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound with a surcharge for packing and materials included.
We do not provide tracking for standard shipping charged. If a customer would like tracking then it would incur an additional charge. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org once you have placed an order to add and pay for tracking.
The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods. Initial shipping costs are also non-refundable. Insurance or parcel tracking should be used in sending items back. Any refund can only be issued upon safe receipt of the item/s with Wild Atlantique Ltd. Some items cannot be returned nor refunded. (Please see our Refund Policy for more details).

This service is offered for orders placed on the Island of Jersey only. We are happy to offer this service. Please reach out by email email@example.com to arrange or check the box at purchase for 'Click & Collect' and we will hold the item for you for collection.
